Creating a card is very quick and simple and free of charge. If you are an adult, all you need is a valid personal document with which you will contact our staff, who will immediately create a card for you.
The card is ready for use immediately after you get it. Loyalty program monitors are located at each playing position. Place the card against the reader to open the home menu.
In the menu on the monitor, you can see the balance of the points you currently have and a list of all loyalty gifts and points needed to receive them.
You collect points at the beginning of the game in playing positions. If you are logged in or registered at a playing position with your card, you will collect points through the game. Each accumulated point will be displayed on your balance.
